Geographe Electrical & Communications (GEC) was created to deliver quality support across our clients' project, maintenance, and shutdown requirements.
We have multiple crews across WA providing structured support on regular rosters; backfill support to assist our customers with unforeseen team shortages; and a pool of crew to deploy against planned shutdowns and unplanned outages.
The management team coordinates our workforce through weekly, structured manning and operations meetings, and then the mobilisation team kicks in to ensure everyone arrives where they need to be - on time and with the correct certs and training in place.
Lots of moving parts, but it's what we specialise in at GEC.
